We grew up on abuela's recipes — ceviche that makes you close your eyes, encocado that wraps you in warmth, and arepas that crack just right. Now we're sharing them with you, right here on Bedford Avenue.
Dinastia started the way most good things do — around a table, with too much food and not enough seats. Our family recipes traveled from Ecuador to Brooklyn, and we couldn't keep them to ourselves any longer.
Every dish we serve is something we grew up eating — not something we researched for a menu. The ceviche my tía makes on weekends. The encocado my abuela slow-cooks on Sundays. These are the recipes that raised us, and now they're the ones we're proud to serve you.
Every dish prepared with the care and intention of a family kitchen.
Recipes from Ecuador's coastal and highland regions, unchanged.
We rotate our specials every week so there's always something new to try — and always something familiar to come back to.
A hearty main + drink + side every weekday — our way of saying thanks for stopping by during the rush.
Big shared plates for the table — perfect for bringing the crew together over real food.
From the kitchen to your table — here's what our space and our food look like when everything comes together.
We're right here in Bed-Stuy, and we'd love to welcome you. Stop by, give us a call, or send us a message — we'll get back to you.
