Our Story

We Didn't Open a Restaurant. We Opened Our Home.

Dinastia started the way most good things do — around a table, with too much food and not enough seats. Our family recipes traveled from Ecuador to Brooklyn, and we couldn't keep them to ourselves any longer.

Every dish we serve is something we grew up eating — not something we researched for a menu. The ceviche my tía makes on weekends. The encocado my abuela slow-cooks on Sundays. These are the recipes that raised us, and now they're the ones we're proud to serve you.
